What it costs
Shipping within the United States is free on every order, with no minimum. The price on the bottle is the price you pay, plus any tax that applies to your order.
We ship within the United States only. We are not able to deliver anywhere else yet.
When it goes out
Orders placed before 4pm Eastern on a business day go out the same day. Orders placed after that, at weekends, or on a public holiday go out the next business day.
How long it takes
Two to five days after dispatch, in the days a parcel actually moves. Carriers deliver on Saturdays but not Sundays or public holidays, so those are not counted. Every product page shows the arrival window for an order placed right now.
Those days belong to the carrier. They are an estimate, not a promise, and weather and holidays move them.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email the moment the parcel leaves the workbench. You can also look an order up at track your order.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, write to us and we will sort it out. If you simply do not get on with the fragrance, returns covers you for sixty days, even on an empty bottle.
